摘 要:目的探讨PCPA模式的饮食干预对社区老年糖尿病患者社会支持及血脂的影响。方法选取银川市2个社区内共106名糖尿病患者进行社会支持状况调查以及血压和血脂的检测,并以社区为基础随机分为对照组(52例)和干预组(54例),干预组患者实施PCPA模式的社区饮食干预策略。结果干预后,干预组的主观支持评分较干预前明显提高,两组患者的舒张压及高密度脂蛋白差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 PCPA理论指导下的社区饮食干预能够提高患者的社会支持水平,有效改善患者的舒张压及高密度脂蛋白。OBJECTIVES The effects of PCPA dietary intervention model on social support and blood lipid level in elderly diabetic patients' in urban areas were investigated. METHODS A total of 106 elderly diabetic patients in two communities in the City of Yinchuan were selected, and surveys on their social support situations and examination of their blood pressure and blood lipid level were conducted. The 2 communities were randomly divided into an intervention group (54 subjects) and a control group (52 subjects); patients in the intervention group were subjected to a PCPA-based community dietary interven- tion. RESULTS Scores on subjective support of the intervention group after the dietary intervention were significantly higher than that before the intervention; and the differences in diastolic blood pressure and high-density lipoprotein level in patients of both groups were also statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION PCPA-based community dietary intervention can raise the level of social support in elderly diabetic patients and effectively improve their diastolic blood pressure and high-density lipoprotein level
