摘　　要：COPD严重危害中老年人健康,并带来诸多经济、社会问题。人口老龄化发展、现有的投入不足,使COPD的防治面临巨大的挑战。应当以健康管理理论为指导,全程康复医学干预,建立基于社区的COPD综合治疗单元,通过有效的综合治疗,促进患者控制病情,减少并发症发生,提高生活质量。COPD represents a health threat to middle-aged and elderly populations and has led to numerous economic and social problems. The aging population and insufficient medical investments have caused tremendous obstacles for the preven- tion and control of COPD. We suggest the establishment of a community-based COP]） comprehensive treatment center by using the theories of health management and a full-course rehabilitation intervention. The effective comprehensive treatments may be useful in controlling the progression of COPD and reducing the occurrence of related complications, therefore improving the quality of life of the patients.
