摘  要:目的通过用ORTHO AutoVue Innova全自动血型及配血分析系统与手工盐水法对ABO、Rh(D)血型的对比测定.说明强生ORTHO AutoVue Innova全自动血型及配血分析系统的应用价值。方法采用强生ORTHO AutoVue Innova全自动血型及配血分析系统,对2009年11月~2011年12月的血型鉴定标本进行检测,并对其中ABO血型低效价及Rh(D)-IgM阴性的标本进一步进行手工盐水法对比分析。结果强生ORTHO全自动血型及配血分析系统检测ABO、Rh血型鉴定,其结果与手工盐水法基本相符,灵敏度、准确性高。结论强生ORTHO全自动血型及配血分析系统操作及结果的判读易于标准化。可实现双向及网络化信息管理。但在实际工作中,应用盐水试管法作为补充试验.必要时需进行各种相关实验进行确证。方可保障输血安全。OBJECTIVE ABO and Rh (D) blood grouping was performed by the ORTHO AutoVue Innova automated blood typing and matching system, as well as the manual saline method. The results were compared to demonstrate the application value of the automated system. METHODS Blood specimen collected between November of 2009 and December of 2011 were analyzed by the Johnson ORTHO AutoVue Innova automated blood typing and matching system, and the low-titer ABO blood and Rh(D)-IgM-negative specimen were further analyzed by using the manual saline method. RESULTS The Johnson OR- THO AutoVue Innova automated blood typing and matching system produced an ABO and Rh(D) blood grouping result that was consistent with that obtained by the manual saline method, and was high in sensitivity and accuracy. CONCLUSION The Johnson ORTHO AutoVue Innova automated blood typing and matching system is demonstrated to facilitate the standard- ization of blood grouping and the management of bi-directional and networked information. Nonetheless, saline method should be regarded as a complementary test to verify the results, so to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
