摘　　要：流感病毒检测方法主要有病毒分离方法、血清学检测方法、流感病毒的快速检测方法。其中流感病毒的快速检测方法包括免疫学方法、基因检测技术(RT-PCR、Real-Time、基因芯片、LAMP、NASBA)。本文主要对这几种检测方法进行比较分析,从而在流感防控工作中灵活选择和应用这些检测技术。Methods of detection of influenza virus primarily include virus isolation, serological examination, and rapid detection of influenza virus. Rapid detection methods include immunological methods and genetic examination techniques （RT- PCR, Real-Time, gene chips, LAMP, and NASBA）. These detection methods were compared and analyzed in this article, hoping to provide a guideline for the application of the detection methods in the prevention and control of influenza epidemic.
