台山市2009-2011年吸毒人群哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省台山市吸毒人群的艾滋病高危行为及艾滋病病毒（HIV）、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）的感染状况。为采取防控措施提供依据。方法2009年至2011年的4—6月，根据哨点监测方案，对台山市戒毒所新人所的吸毒人员进行问卷调查，并采血进行血清学检测。结果共调查1236名吸毒者．以本省户籍的青壮年男性居多，注射过毒品者占77．0％，其中35．9％共用过针具；近1年与配偶或同居者有过性行为者占25．6％，与商业性性伴有过性行为的占24．6％，但坚持每次均使用安全套者仅14．8％和35．3％。HIV抗体阳性率6．5％，其中男性为6．O％，女性为18．0％，女性高于男性（p〈0．01）；梅毒阳性率1．9％，HCV抗体阳性率62．6％。结论台山市吸毒人群中HIV、HCV抗体阳性率较高，高危行为仍普遍存在，需要继续加大干预力度，控制艾滋病和丙型肝炎的传播。OBJECTIVE The study aimed to assess the high-risk behaviors and prevalence of infections of human immunod- eficiency virus （HIV）, syphilis, and hepatitis C virus （HCV） among drug addicts in Taishan City of Guangdong Province, so to provide references for the implementation of interventive and preventive measures. METHODS New drug addicts in drug rehab center in Taishan City were surveyed in accordance with the sentinel surveillance program between 2009 and April to June of 2011 ; blood of the addicts were drawn for serological examinations. RESULTS Most of the 1236 surveyed addicts were young adult males residing in the Province; 77.0% of the addicts had received injection drugs, and 35.9% had used shared needles. In the last 12 months, 25.6% had sex with their spouse or cohabiting partner and 24.6% had transactional sex, but only 14.8% and 35.3%, respectively, insisted on using condoms for each sexual intercourse. Positive rate of HIV antibody among the subjects was 6.5%, with that among men and women being 6.0% and 18.0%, respectively （P 〈 0.01）. Positive rate of syphilis infection and HCV antibody were 1.9% and 62.6%, respectively. CONCLUSION High positive rates of HIV and HCV antibodies are observed among drug addicts in Taishan City, and high-risk behaviors are still common. Interventive measures should continue to be implemented to control the spread of AIDS and hepatitis C.
