摘  要:目的观察铁筷子总黄酮对D-半乳糖诱导的衰老模型小鼠的影响,初步探讨其抗衰老作用机制。方法以D-半乳糖诱导6周,建立小鼠衰老模型,给予铁筷子总黄酮干预3周后,分别测定小鼠的脾脏、脑和胸腺指数,检测小鼠的血清及肝组织匀浆、脑组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化脂质产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果与对照组比较,模型组小鼠脾脏、脑及胸腺指数、SOD含量均降低,MDA含量升高。与模型组比较,治疗组小鼠的脾脏、脑及胸腺指数、SOD的含量明显升高,MDA的含量明显下降。结论铁筷子总黄酮延缓D-半乳糖所诱导衰老的机制可能与清除体内自由基、提高免疫功能有关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti - aging effect of total flavonoids from Chimonathus praecox ( L. ) Link (FCP) on aging mice induced by D - galactose. METHODS The aging mice model was established by injection of D - galactose for six weeks, then the mice were orally given FCP for three weeks. The spleen index, brain index , thymus index and the content of SOD, MDA in the blood, liver and brain tissue were measured. RESULTS Compared with blank group, the spleen index, brain index, thymus index and the content of SOD were significantly decreased but the MDA was significantly rose in model group. However, compared with model, the FCP could significantly raise the spleen index, brain index , thymus index and the content of SOD in the blood, brain and liver tissue, and decrease the level of MDA in the blood, brain and liver tissue. CONCLUSION The FCP exhibits significant anti - aging activity. The mechanism may be related to its enhancement of activity of scavenging free radicals and improving the immunity function.
