摘  要:目的研究穿破石总黄酮对小鼠急性肝损伤的保肝作用。方法采用CCl4诱导小鼠急性肝损伤,观察穿破石总黄酮对小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转换酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶(AST)活性、丙二醛(MDA)水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果小鼠口服总黄酮可明显抑制小鼠血清中ALT、AST的活性和MDA水平的升高,升高SOD的活性。结论穿破石总黄酮对小鼠急性肝损伤具有较好的保肝作用。OBJECTIVE To study liver - protective effect of flavonoids from Maclura cochinchinensis ( Lour. ) Corner. METHODS The acute liver injury model was induced by CC14 in rats, and the effects of flavonoids from Maclura cochinchinensis on ALT, AST, MDA, SOD in rats serum were observed. RESULTS The flavonoids from Maclura cochinchinensis could significantly prevent the increase of the ALT, AST and MDA, and increase the SOD. CONCLUSION Flavonoids from Maclura cochinchinertsis can protect the liver of injury model induced by CC14in rats.
