降脂轻身胶囊对营养性肥胖大鼠体重和血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的研究降脂轻身胶囊(JZQS)对营养性肥胖模型大鼠的减肥作用及其机理。方法给予刚断乳的SD大鼠喂食营养饲料4周,造成营养性肥胖大鼠模型;再给予JZQS 4周后,计算各组大鼠的体重、Lee’s指数和脂肪湿重指数,比较各组大鼠血中胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量。结果给予肥胖模型大鼠JZQS两周后,大鼠体重开始降低,其Lee’s指数和脂肪湿重指数也明显降低;TC、TG的含量降低,并升高其HDL-C。结论 JZQS对营养性肥胖有防治作用,可能与其影响机体脂肪代谢有关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Jiangzhi Qingshen capsule （JZQS） in nutritional obesity of rats on weight reducing and its mechanism, and to provide experimental and theoretical basis for the clinical application. METHODS Induce nutri- tional obesity rat model by feeding just delactaled SD rats nutrition food for 4 weeks. Then give them treatment for 4 weeks. Calculate rats＇ weight, Lee＇ s index and fat wet weight index. Compare each group＇ s content of blood cholesterol （TC） , triglycerides （TG）and high - density lipoprotein （ HDL - C）. RESULTS The JZQS reduced weight of rat model of obesity for two weeks. The JZQS could make obesity model of rats＇ s Lee＇ s index and fat wet weight index significantly deereased. At the same time, the JZQS could also reduce nutritional obesity rats＇ TC and TG, and raise the HDL - C. The index mentioned above was significantly different compared with model group. CONCLUSION JZQS has prevention and cure function on nutritional obesity, and the mechanism of reducing weight may have a relationship with the body fat metabolism.
