摘　　要：目的研究藤黄科金丝桃属植物遍地金的化学成分。方法用乙醇提取,利用正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱法分离遍地金的化学成分,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果从遍地金中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、1,7-二羟基呫吨酮(Ⅳ)、1,7-二羟基-4-甲氧基呫吨酮(Ⅴ)、1,5,6-三羟基-7-甲氧基呫吨酮(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Hypericum wightianum. METHODS The chemical constituents were extracted by alcohol and isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH - 20, ODS column chromatographic methods. The chemical structures of components were further elucidated by the physicochemical characters and MS, NMR spectral data. RESULTS Six compounds were identificated as β - sitosterol （ Ⅰ ）, daucosterol （ Ⅱ ） , quercetin （Ⅲ ） , 1,7 - dihydroxyxanthone （ Ⅳ ） , 1,7 - dihydroxy - 4 - methoxyxanthone（ Ⅴ ） , 1,5,6 - trihydroxy - 7 - methoxyxanthone （ Ⅵ ）. CONCLUSION Compound Ⅳ, Ⅴ and VI were found in this plant for the first time.
