摘　　要：城镇污水厂污泥(以下简称"城市污泥")经无害化处理后开展土地利用是充分利用其养分和有机质资源的最直接也是最有效的途径。总结了近20年来,在目前的国情背景下城市污泥土地利用的主要问题所在,对重金属、产品出路和技术法规等进行了系统梳理。提出从物质循环角度出发,应重视和推动城市污泥土地利用发展,而不应持一味否定态度。尽管现阶段的发展存在一定瓶颈,但从长远来看污泥土地利用前景广阔,应抱谨慎乐观态度。Land application of harmless or composted sewage sludge is usually regarded as an ap- propriate and effective way to reclaim its nutrients and organic matter. The main issues on land applica- tion of composted sludge in reeem twenty years in the national condition were summarized. Especially, heavy metals, composting products, technical policies and rules were investigated. From viewpoint of en- ergy flow and nutrient cycling, land application of sewage sludge should be encouraged rather than being denied blindly. Although some problems exist at the present time, the land application of composted sludge has a bright future and cautious optimism.
