摘　　要：介绍了沼气中硅氧烷的来源、浓度以及热电机组的限值,分析了沼气脱硅方法,并根据德国实际工程介绍了硅氧烷的去除成本。欧美各国的实践表明,在发动机前段脱硅已是行业共识,我国应加强这方面的研究。Source and concentration of siloxane in biogas as well as its limit CHP-motors were introduced, and technologies of removing siloxane from biogas were removing siloxane were presented based on actual projects in Germany.
