摘  要:唐山城市污泥无害化处理工程是首次采用双层隧道式发酵仓的污泥堆肥项目,介绍了项目概况、工艺流程、工艺设计(物料衡算、单体工艺参数、主要设备等),总结了项目设计特点,并分析了项目运行效果。相对于国外先进技术,SACT技术具有以下四方面技术突破:①仓型的突破。天轨行走隧道仓型使得好氧堆肥发酵仓可以经济地实现双层乃至多层,成倍地节省了占地,压缩自由空间,降低动力消耗。②核心设备的突破。F5.110翻堆机是目前已投入运行的电机驱动装机功率最大的污泥专用翻堆机,打破了国外产品的垄断。③成套系统的突破。与多层系统匹配需要解决自动布料、自动出料、物料垂直输送、配混料、维修维护、安装等多方面问题,因此整个机械化多层堆肥系统是一个基于现有成熟技术的复杂成套优化系统。④设计理念的突破。MCCD(建筑-机械协同设计)理念的引入,为需要依赖机械化进行物流输送的污泥堆肥项目提供了新思路。The Tangshan municipal sludge treatment engineering is a sludge composting project first using double-layer dynamic tunnel-type fermentation bin. The general situation of the project, tech- nological process, process design (material balance, unit process parameters, main equipment) were in- troduced, the characteristics of the project design were summarized, and the project operation was ana- lyzed. Compared with foreign advanced technologies, SACT technology has the following four break- throughs : ( 1 ) bin type breakthrough : tunnel bin with a ceiling track allows aerobic composting bin to e- conomically realize a double layer and multiple layer, greatly save the land occupation, compress free space and reduce the power consumption; (2) the core equipment breakthrough: F5.110 turner is the special sludge composting machine driven by motor with the maximum installed power, which is already in operation currently, breaking the monopoly for foreign products; (3) breakthrough in complete set of system: muhilayer system matching needs to solve automatic feed, automatic discharge, vertically trans- porting material, mixing, maintenance, repair, installation and other aspects of problems, so the wholly mechanized muhilayer composting system is a complex system based on the existing mature technologies; (4) design concept breakthrough: introduction of MCCD design concept provides a new train of thought for coordinating "machine" with "building", with regard to a sludge composting project which needs to depend on mechanization for logistics transportation.
