摘 要:含高氟且难降解是光伏产业废水的水质特征之一,也是处理的难点之一。在郑州海王微粉有限公司废水处理工程中,在进水COD为8 000 mg/L、氟化物为1 000 mg/L的条件下,采用物化/生化组合工艺,并通过合理调整各个构筑物的运行条件确定最佳工艺参数,使出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准,该工艺的处理费用仅为3.56元/m3。The photovohaic wastewater is characterized by high fluoride and difficult degradation, which is also one of the difficulties in wastewater treatment field. Based on the project case, the physico- chemical/biochemical combined process was applied for the treatment of photovoltaic wastewater with the COD concentration of 8 000 mg/L and the fluoride concentration of 1 000 mg/L respectively. The optimal process parameters were determined through rational adjustment of the operating conditions of various treatment structures. The effluent quality met the first criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996). The operation cost of the combined process was only 3.56 yuan/m3.
