摘  要:根据高氨氮废水的特点,提出了蒸氨/氨吹脱两级处理工艺,出水水质达到天津市《污水综合排放标准》(DB 12/356—2008)的三级标准,有效地削减了污染物排放量。介绍了工艺流程、除氨机理、工艺指标、氨氮去除率的影响因素及主要设备,蒸氨可回收氨水,实现了高氨氮废水的综合治理与资源回收利用。Based on the high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater features, a treatment technology process including ammonia distillation and ammonia stripping was proposed. The effluent could meet the third level criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (DB 12/356 - 2008) of Tianjin City. The pollutant discharge was reduced effectively. The treatment process, nitrogen removal mechanism, process indicators, affecting factors for ammonia nitrogen removal and major equip- ment were elaborated. Ammonia water was recovered by distillation, thus achieving comprehensive treat- ment of high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater and resource recycling and utilization.
