辛伐他汀对中老年高血压患者踝臂指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察辛伐他汀对中老年高血压患者踝臂指数(ABI)的影响。方法:选择108例中老年原发性高血压患者,随机分为两组。对照组(56例)患者给予服用厄贝沙坦75～150 mg,bid;苯磺酸氨氯地平5～10 mg,qd;酒石酸美托洛尔12.5～25 mg,bid;氢氯噻嗪12.5 mg,qd。治疗组(52例)患者在对照组治疗的基础上加服辛伐他汀20 mg,qd,晚饭后服用。两组患者疗程均为6个月。观察两组患者治疗前后的血压、血脂的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗前、后各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者治疗前后各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者治疗后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较治疗前及对照组患者治疗后显著降低,ABI较治疗前及对照组患者治疗后显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:服用辛伐他汀对中老年高血压患者ABI有显著的改善作用。OBJECTIVE： To observe the effects of simvastatin on the ankle brachial index （ABI） in middle and old age pa- tients with hypertension. METHODS： 108 middle and old age patients with essential hypertension were collected and randomly di- vided into 2 groups. 56 patients in control group was given irbesartan 75-150 mg twice a day, amlodipine besylate 5-10 mg once a day, metoprolol tartrate 12.5-25 mg twice a day, dihydrochlorothiazide 1.25 mg once a day. 52 patients in treatment group was ad- ditionally given simvastatin 20 nag, once a day after supper on the basis of control group. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 6 months. The changes of blood pressure and blood lipid as well as the occurrence of ADR were all observed in 2 groups. RESULTS： There was no statistical significance in the difference of lab indicators in 2 groups before treatment （P〉0.05） ; there was no statisti- cal significance in control group before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. Compared with before treatment and control group, SBP, DPB, TC and LDL of treatment group were decreased significantly after treatment; compared with before treatment and control group, ABI of treatment group was increased significantly after treatment; there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups during treatment. CONCLUSIONS： Simvastatin can significantly improve ABI in middle and old age patients with hypertension.
