摘　　要：由于复杂性腹膜后肿瘤发病率低而病理类型复杂,长期以来缺少统一的诊治标准。其疗效更多地取决于外科医生的专业素质和技术水平。掌握复杂性腹膜后肿瘤的术前诊断,手术指征及原则,复发肿瘤的联合脏器切除,血管外科、微创外科技术及多学科协作诊疗模式是手术医师应具备的素质和技能。Because of the low incidence and complicated pathological types of complex retroperitoneal tumor, there is no unified standard for its treatment. The therapeutic efficacy depends more on surgeons professional quality and technical level. Surgeons should master the essential qualities and skills such as preoperative diagnosis, surgical indication and principle, combined organ resection, vascular and minimally invasive surgical techniques, muhidisciplinary team .
