摘　　要：腹膜后肉瘤是一类难治性肿瘤,其规范的个体化诊疗需要多个科室共同参与才能完成。腹膜后软组织肉瘤多学科协作组(multidisciplinary team,MDT)是该类肿瘤规范化治疗的平台和保障。而MDT平台的规范化建设是MDT科学、高效运作的前提。Retroperitoneal sarcoma is a kind of refractory malignant tumor. Cowork of multiple specialities is necessary to the individualize treatment. Muhidisciplinary team （MDT） is a nature platform for treatment of retroperitoneal soft tissue sarcoma. The normalized establishment is a prerequisite for efficient operation of MDT.
