电针联合安理申治疗轻度认知障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的临床治疗。方法:78例患者随机分为两组,试验组MCI患者39例,给予电针及安理申口服治疗3个月,同期安理申对照组39例,两组均给予其它高危因素(高血压、糖尿病、心血管疾病等)干预治疗。结果:试验组较对照组MMSE、MoCA、ADL、BBS评分显著改善(P<0.01)。结论:电针联合安理申口服能有效改善轻度认知功能障碍患者的认知功能、日常生活自理能力。Objective：To explore the clinical treatment of Mild cognitive impairment （MCI）. Methods：78 patients with MCI were randomly divided into two groups. 39 patients in experiment group were given both electroacupuncture and Aricept treatment , and 39 patients in control group were only treated with Aricept for 3 months. All the patients in the two groups accepted treatment to control the other risk factors （ hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, etc ）. Results The scores of Mini - mental state examination（ MMSE ）, Montreal Cognitive Assessment （ MoCA）, Activities of daily living scale（ADL） and Blessed behavior scale（ BBS ） are improved more significantly in experiment group than in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The combined treatment of Electroacupuncture and Aricept can effectively improve the cognitive function and the ability to daily life of patients with MCI.
