摘　　要：目的:了解四川省婚检工作的现状,探讨婚检工作对策。方法:收集省内21个市(州)婚检率、婚检疾病构成和婚育指导意见数据,对数据进行分析。结果:全省婚检率近年有所提高,但总体偏低;疾病检出率呈上升趋势,地区间差异较大。结论:应强化政府部门在婚前保健中的职能,加大婚前保健健康教育宣传力度,提高婚检队伍服务能力,同时在全省不同地区探索差异化的婚前保健策略。Objective：To find out the status of premarital examination work in Sichuan Province. probe into the premarital examination Methods： Collected the premarital examination rate, disease constitution and marriage guidance data in 21 cities in the province, analyzed the data. Result：The premarital examination rate has increased in recent years, but still low. The Disease detection rate has been increased and regional differences in premarital examination. Conclusion： We should strengthen the functions of government departments in the premarital care work, strengthen premarital care health propaganda, improve the service ability of premarital examination team, and exploring differentiation strategy of premarital care in differentiation areas in the province.
