摘  要:在原有大型立柱铸件铸造工艺基础上,利用AnyCasting铸造模拟软件模拟了铸件的充型和凝固过程。根据计算结果和缺陷发生情况,分析了成形过程中铸件内部的温度场变化规律和凝固规律。结果表明,在合理位置安放冷铁,把最后凝固位置控制在靠近浇道、冒口附近的薄壁部位,铸件缩孔率较低。通过模拟两种工艺方案,确定了合理的冷铁的安放位置,有效消除了铸件内部可能出现的缩孔缺陷,满足了实际生产的要求。On the basis of the original casting process of large column casting, the casting simulation software AnyCasting was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the casting. The regularities of temperature field change and solidification of the casting were analyzed according to the calculation results and principle of defect generation. The results show that the casting defects are in low value when chills are set in an appropriate location and the end-solidification position lies in thin walled section by the side of ingates or riser of the casting. By simulationofthe two schemes, position of the chills was determined and the shrinkages in the casting were effectively eliminated, which meet the requirement of the production.
