摘  要:简述了WD615气缸体原铸造工艺浇冒系统存在的不足,及在冲天炉熔炼铁液的生产条件下易产生的铸造缺陷。详细介绍了应用有效浇注时间等新技术理念来指导浇冒系统的设计,对该气缸体的浇注系统、冒口系统进行了大幅度的改进和优化,较好地解决了该气缸体原铸造工艺易出现的气孔、冷隔、浇不足等铸造缺陷。This paper briefly introduces the disadvantages of traditional casting process for gating and riser system used to produce WD615 cylinder block. This paper also mentions the casting defects which easily appear in the cupola melting iron production conditions. The design of gating-riser system which based on new technology concept such as effective pouring time is introduced in detail. The gating system and riser system on the cylinder block is improved and optimized greatly by using the design. The optimization design solves the casting defects in producing cylinder block, which appear in old casting process, such as blowhole, cold lap, misrun, and so on.
