摘  要:分析有芯工频感应电炉熔沟断沟现象,探讨了一种不拆炉修复已断沟熔沟方法,及预防熔沟断沟的措施,采用钻取穿过断沟高发区部位的深孔,往孔内灌注熔锡或鳞片石墨粉作为导体,接通已经断裂的熔沟,恢复熔沟的导电能力,停炉前在熔沟的断沟高发区插入石墨棒,预防熔沟断沟,结果表明上述方法有较佳的效果,可以修复和预防熔沟断沟。The phenomenon of the channel break of cored line-frequency furnace was analyzed. The method for the repairing & preventing of the channel break without dismantling was discussed. The deep hole in the broken channel position was drilled and the melt Sn or powder of scale graphite as the conductor was poured, which can recover the broken channel to normal state. Channel break can be avoided by inserting graphite bar in easily-broken area of the channel before blowout. The results show that the method is suitable and channel break can be repaired and prevented.
