摘　　要：农村经济合作组织的迅速发展引起了国内外学术界的广泛关注和大量研究。通过研究为农村经济合作组织的发展提供了理论基础和发展动力。农村经济合作组织的建设和发展有利于实现农业集约化和规模化发展，有利于解决农村经济发展的问题，有利于农户经济生活地位的提升。文章从国内外有关农村经济合作组织的理论研究进行总结和陈述，分别从政府在合作组织发展过程中角色定位、农户参与合作组织的行为、合作组织运作管理和制约合作组织发展因素等方面人手，对国内外近年来研究成果进行总结评述并提出研究展望。In recent years, rural economic cooperative organization has played an important role in the market economy. The development of the rural economy has become increasingly important and aroused widespread concern and a lot of research at home and abroad. This paper summarize theoretical studies on both domestic and international aspects of rural economic cooperative organizations ,such as the role of the government in the pro- cess of its development ,the behaviors of farmers involved in cooperative organizations, factors restricting the de- velopment of cooperative organizations etc. Andlastly,this paperevaluate these theoretical results and have a full view in the future.
