摘　　要：现阶段是中国林产工业发展的重要战略转折期。针对现有宏观政策不够完善的现状，结合林产工业所面临的问题，对未来中国林产工业的发展战略进行了深入思考，认为中国林产工业应该走一条“产业集群”的发展路径，并从林业政策体系、林产工业产业集群发展的政策措施以及配套体系三方面提出促进中国林产工业发展的战略措施。Nowadays, it is the strategic turn period of the forestry industry of China. Based on the situation of the ex- isting policies which is not perfect and the problems that forestry industry of China is facing on, the paper reconsiders the development strategy of China＇ s forestry industry and points out that China＇ s forestry industry should take the ＂industrial cluster strategy＂. Finally, this paper puts forward three strategic measures： forestry policy system, measures of the industrial cluster development for forestry industry, and the supporting system of the industrial cluster develop- ment for forestry industry.
