摘 要:针对备选方案中属性值及各属性权重为区间数的多属性决策问题,运用区间数对VIKOR方法进行改进,提出一种基于区间数的多属性决策方法。该方法以最接近理想解为基本思想,在决策过程中采用线性规范策略,利用心态指标对区间数进行排序,在可接受优势和决策过程稳定的条件下对备选方案择优。采用该方法,能够更全面地分解决策者的不同心态指标,计算决策者处于各种不同心态下的备选方案折衷解,通过排序分析可进一步得出多属性决策的最优解,所得结果合理有效,更符合多属性决策问题的实际情况。通过一个代表性实例分析,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。For the multiattribute decisionmaking problems that alternative attribute value attribute weights are interval num bers, it uses interval numbers to improve VIKOR method and proposes a multiattribute decisionmaking method based on interval number. This method uses the closest positive ideal solution as the basic idea, with linear specification strategy in the decision making process and sort of the interval numbers by mentality indicators, and selects the best options in a stable condition of accept able advantage and the decisionmaking process. The proposed method can more fully decompose different attitude index of the decisionmakers, and calculate the options compromise solution in a variety of different mentality of decisionmakers. Through sort analysis it can further draw the optimal solution of the multiple attribute decisionmaking, the results are reasonable and effective, and more consistent with the actual situation of multiattribute decision making problems. The paper verifies the feasi bility and effectiveness of the method through a renresentative examnle analysis.
