摘 要:连锁故障是现代大型电力系统必须面对的重大风险。连锁故障过程中,随着电网结构与状态不断演化,事故扩散往往伴随着潮流转移、功率振荡、电压波动等诸多复杂现象。将连锁故障过程中涉及诸多电气参数的系统状态统一至能量函数框架下,考虑系统的能量演变特征,以能量冲击分布熵、能量转移分布熵和单位转移能量密度提取系统宏观演变趋势与关键特征,辨识连锁故障的源发性扰动及连锁开断薄弱元件。通过建立连锁故障能量冲击风险熵评估模型,衡量连锁故障各阶段对系统的冲击大小及系统连锁开断全过程的风险损失。新英格兰10机39节点系统算例结果验证了模型的正确性和有效性。Cascading failures are major risks that modern large-scale power grid has to be faced with. During cascading failures, along with unceasing evolution of topological structure and states of power grid, the extension of the failure is often accompanied with complex phenomena such as power flow transferring, power oscillation, voltage fluctuation usually appeared in different time scales. The system states, which relates to a lot of parameters during the cascading failure, is unified into a novel energy function, and considering the energy evolution feature of the system the macroscopic evolution trend and key features of the system are extracted by energy impact distribution entropy, energy transfer distribution entropy and unit transfer energy density to identify the source disturbance of the cascading failure and cascading open-circuited weak components. By means of establishing energy impact risk entropy assessment model of cascading failure to weigh the impact on the system during different stages of cascading failure and the risk losses during overall process of cascading open-circuit occurred in the system. The correctness and validity of the proposed model is verified by simulation results of New England 10-machine 39-bus system.
