摘 要:变压器是变电系统中的核心设备,在历次地震中的损坏极其严重,其中瓷质套管根部断裂是其典型破坏特征。采用仿真变压器-套管体系进行振动台试验研究,通过白噪声扫频和抗震试验,测定箱体和套管关键部位的位移、应变和加速度,从而分析升高座结构型式和套管法兰对套管响应的影响。结果表明,箱体侧壁(顶盖)的面外变形和套管法兰的转动引起了套管的整体摆动,从而导致套管响应放大;套管根部加速度响应的放大系数比规范中指定参数偏大。Transformers are key components in power distribution systems, however they were seriously damaged in previous earthquakes and the cracks and breakage at the roots of porcelain bushings were typical features of the damages. The mock transformer-bushing system located on the MTS shaking table was used to study the displacements, strains and accelerations of key parts on the tank and bushings during earthquake through broadband white-noise tests and ground motions tests, and then the influences of turrets and bottom flange on seismic response of bashings are analyzed. Experimental results show that the out-of-plane deformation of side-wall of the tank and the top cover of the transformer and the rotation of bottom flange lead to overall oscillation of the bushing, thus the response of the bushing is amplified; the amplification coefficient of acceleration response at the root of the bushing is larger than the parameter specified in technical specification.
