摘　　要：目的:探析中医藏象学说复杂性科学原理对恶性肿瘤预防康复的重要作用。方法:通过剖析恶性肿瘤病因病机和现有康复手段和模式,指出癌肿发病的核心病机是七情内伤、阴阳失调、元气亏虚、经络阻滞,因此恶性肿瘤的康复预防应以调摄心理、培补元气、疏通经络最为关键。结果:以心为君主和天人相应为核心的中医藏象学说指导下的中国传统养生康复方法对重大疾病(肿瘤)预防康复有重要作用。结论:中医藏象学说复杂性科学机理对癌肿康复模式有重要影响。Objective：To analyze the role of the complexity science principles of the Viscera -state doctrine to malignant tumor prevention and rehabilitation. Methods ：Through the analysis of malignant tumor pathogenesis and current reMbilitation means and mode,it pointed out that the cancer incidence of central core pathogenesis was impassioned internal injuries,the imbalance of Yin and Yang, Qi deficiency, meridians and collaterals block, so the key rehabilitation of malignant tumor prevention should he to cul- tivate psychological conditions, increase vitality, dredge meridians and collaterals. Results：Chinese traditional health rehabilitation method guided by Viscera- state doctrine,whose core is heart as the monarch of body and correspondence between man and na- ture, has an important role in rehabilitation. Conclusion ： The complexity mechanism of viscera theory has important implications for malignant tumor rehabilitations.
