中成药妇科千金片佐治86例急性盆腔炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇科千金片辅助治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将2011年10月—2012年10月本院诊治的86例急性盆腔炎患者随机分成2组:①对照组43例,采用盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗;②实验组43例,采用盐酸左氧氟沙星+妇科千金片治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效、症状改善时间以及炎性细胞因子水平的变化情况。结果:实验组的总有效率显著性高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的体温恢复正常、下腹痛缓解、附件包块吸收和盆腔积液消失时间均显著性短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)等炎性细胞因子水平均显著性低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床应用妇科千金片辅助治疗急性盆腔炎能够更快速有效地缓解症状体征、降低炎症因子水平、改善患者的免疫功能,提高临床治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy about Fuke Qianjin tablets for the treatment of acute pelvic inflamma- tory disease. Methods：86 cases of patients admitted to hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, control group（ n = 43 ）and treatment group（ n = 43 ）.The control group was given levofloxacin hydrochloride only, and the treatment group was also given Fuke Qianjin tablets. The clinical efficacy,the time of symptoms relief,the changes of inflammatory cytokines levels in 2 groups were obsmwed and compared. Results ： The total efficiency rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ;the body temperature returned to normal time, the abdominal pain relief time, the adnexal mass reduce time and the pelvic effusion disappeared time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of interleukin - 1 （ IL - 1 ） , interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6 ） , and interferon - y （ IFN - y ） in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Fuke Qianjin tab- lets in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease can more quickly and effectively alleviate the symptoms, reduce the level of inflammatory eytokines,improve patients＂ immune function and the clinical efficacy.
