火针烙法在阳证脓疡中的应用初探

摘　　要：古代医家对于疮疡的治疗总结了很多简便廉验且行之有效的方法,其中火针烙法是针灸法与外科手术的结合,通过对患者体表或深部的疾患进行烧灼、烫烙,可起到减轻疼痛、清创、引流等作用,针对各种疮疡疾病具有良好疗效,在中医外科中具有广泛的应用价值。尤其是对于疮疡之阳证脓疡期疾患,辨证合理利用火针烙法,能够有效加速脓邪的排除,改善全身状态,促进伤口愈合。It explored the therapy of cauterization with heated needle in treatment of abscess. There are lots of simple and ef- fective therapies on treating sores and ulceration summarized by the ancient doctors. The cauterization with heated needle is the combination of acupuncture, moxibustion and surgery,which could reduce pain,clean the wound, drainage by burning and bran- ding the affection in vitro or in vivo,and has a good effect. The therapy has a wide value in surgery of TCM. Using cauterization with heated needle dialectically and treasonably in treating abscess of yang syndrome ,we can promote the pus removing rapidly, and thus improve the general state and promote the healing of the wound.
