摘　　要：目的:评价国内针刺治疗原发性高血压病的疗效并总结常用穴位。方法:计算机检索CNKI、VIP、CBM、Medline等数据库,检索时间从2007年1月1日—2012年10月1日,纳入所有的针刺治疗原发性高血压病随机对照试验。对符合纳入标准的研究进行评价结果:共纳入11个随机对照试验。Meta分析结果显示:针刺降压最常用穴位有太冲、曲池、风池、足三里。单独针刺收缩压降低程度为7mmHg;在药物的基础上进一步降低8mmHg。单独针刺降低舒张压程度为3mmHg;在药物的基础上进一步降低5mmHg。结论:针刺可不同程度降低血压,无不良反应,但纳入研究质量上存在一定缺陷,需要更多高质量的研究。Objective：To evaluate the effects of acupuncture on essential hypertension, and the usual acupoints for depressur- ization. Methods：CNKI, VIP, CBM, Medline and so on were searched from Jan 1 st 2007 to Nov 1 st 2012. All the relevant RCTs ofacupuncture for hypertension were included. 11 papers met the enrolled criteria. Results：The first four acupoints for hypertension were Taichong （ LR3 ）, Quchi （ LI11 ） , Fengchi （ GB20 ）, Zusanli （ST36）. Single acupuncture reduced 7 mmHg of SBP, another 8 mmHg decreased on the basic of medicine. Single acupuncture reduced 3 mmHg,another 5 mmHg decreased on the basic of medi- cine. Conclusion ： Acupuncture reduced the hypertension at some degree with no side effect. There were defects in the quality of the trials, so further study should be made.
