俞募配穴埋线配合饮食控制治疗单纯性肥胖50例

摘　　要：目的:观察俞募配穴埋线配合饮食控制治疗单纯性肥胖的疗效。方法:将100例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例,采用俞募配穴埋线配合饮食控制,选用背俞穴中的胃俞、三焦俞和大肠俞,配合胃之募穴中脘、三焦之募穴石门及大肠俞之募穴天枢;对照组50例,采用电针治疗,选穴同于治疗组,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为78%,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:俞募配穴埋线配合饮食控制治疗单纯性肥胖疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effect on simple obesity （OB） by acupoint catgut embedding of Shu- point and front Mu - point plus diet control. Methods ： By using random controlling group, we did clinical research on the observation of the therapeutic effect on 100 OB patients. The study group（50 patients） received acupoint catgut embedding of Shu -point and front Mu -point plus diet control;the contrast group （50 patients） received electro-acupuncture of the same acupoints. Results：In the study group ,the total effective rate was 90.0%, while the total effective rate of the contrast group was 78%. There was obvimls difference of the total effective rate between two groups （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Corwhtsion ： Acupoint catgut embedding of Shu - point and front Mu - point plus diet control was an effective method of treating OB.
