电针对全麻下妇科腹腔镜手术病人胃功能保护的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过监测术中胃黏膜pH值、胃黏膜CO2分压数值的变化,观察电针对妇科腹腔镜手术患者胃功能的影响效果。方法:收治妇科腹腔镜手术病人62例,行随机、单盲、对照的临床试验。分为两组,I组32例,施以常规全身麻醉,II组30例,在常规全身麻醉基础上,复合穴位电针,一直持续到手术结束。术中获取反映胃功能和动脉血气分析的相关数据,以备评价所用。结果:I组、II组连续测量胃黏膜CO2分压的组间数值变化存在高度显著差异(P<0.01),I组、II组各项数据随时间变化均存在组内高度显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:电针应用在全麻妇科腹腔镜手术中,能够保证胃黏膜的血氧供应,具有胃功能保护的作用。Objective：By monitoring the changes of pH value and CO2 partial pressure of gastric mucosal value, the effect of electroacupuncture to the patients＇ gastric function on gynecological laparoscopic surgery was observed. Methods ：62 cases of gyne- cologic laparoscopic surgery patients were selected, and the randomized, single - blind and controlled clinical trial was carried on. 32 patients were in Group I, using the conventional general anesthesia;30 patients were in Group II,on the basis of conventional general anesthesia, adding point acupuncture treatment to the end of surgery. The related data of stomach function and arterial blood gas analysis were tested during the surgery for evaluation. Results：There were two highly significant differences between Group I aod II ： （ 1 ） CO2 partial pressure of gastric mucosal had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; （ 2 ） Data changes over times were obviously different （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：The electroacupuncture in gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general an- esthesia conditions can guarantee the oxygen supply of the gastric mucosa,which can protect the gastric function.
