催乳汤在产后乳少症中的护理作用评价

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药催乳汤在产后乳少症中疗效,并探讨催乳的护理策略。方法:纳入符合标准的60例产妇,随机分为两组。试验组(n=30)采用自拟中药催乳并结合乳房推拿;对照组(n=30)服用常规营养套餐和护理措施。观察产后第1天到第4天的泌乳情况,以及防止乳汁瘀积的效果。结果:试验组在12 h泌乳有10例,48 h泌乳有21例,72 h泌乳有28例。试验组在服用后第1天、2天、3天有效率分别为50%、80%、90%,高于对照组在服用后第1天、2天、3天有效率分别为33.3%、50%、70%。经统计学比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),说明试验组的产妇泌乳临床疗效优于对照组。结论:中药催乳汤结合乳房推拿催乳是一项非常有效的积极护理干预措施,它既能缩短催乳的时间,又能增加泌乳量。Objective：To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） lactogenic decoction in less postpar- tum breast disease ,and discuss nursing strategy of lactation. Methods ：60 patients were included in the trial, and randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group（ n = 30）used the quasi galactagogue and traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage breast. The control group（ n = 30）used conventional nutrient and nursing measures. Outcomes were observed at 1 {lay to 4 days of lactation,oa we!l as the efteet of preventing milk deposition. Results：lO cases lactated in 12 hours in the experimental group and 21 cases lactated in 48 hours,28 cases lactated in 72 hours. The effectiveness rates were 50% ,80% ,50% after taking 1 day,2 days,3 days in the experimental group and were higher than that in the control group（33.3% ,50% and 70% respectively）. The statistics was significantly difference（ P 〈 0.01 ） , showing clinical curative effect of experimental maternal lactation was better than that in the control group. Conclusion：Chinese medicine lactogenic decoction combined with massage was a very effective active nursing intervention. It can shorten the time of lactation, and increase the amount of lactation.
