清咽雾化液止咳祛痰作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清咽雾化液的止咳祛痰作用。方法:止咳实验采用小鼠氨水致咳法,祛痰实验采用小鼠气管段酚红法。结果:清咽雾化液能明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期及减少咳嗽次数(P<0.05),增加小鼠气管酚红排泄量(P<0.05)。结论:清咽雾化液具有止咳祛痰作用。Objective ： To observe the effect of Qingyan atomization on relieving cough and eliminating phlegm. Methods ： The mice ammonia - induced cough method was used for relieving cough experiment, and eliminating phlegm experiments used mouse tracheal segments phenol red method. Results：Qingyan atomization can significantly prolong the incubation period and reduce cough frequency （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and increase in tracheal phenol red excretion （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Qingyan atomization had effects on relieving cough and eliminating phlegm.
