各种针灸疗法对三叉神经痛的治疗概况

摘　　要：三叉神经痛是临床常见的神经系统疾病,其特征是面部三叉神经分布区反复发作的阵发性剧痛,目前西药治疗药物卡马西平副作用较大,手术治疗虽可缓解患者病痛,但风险大,有复发可能,多数病人因畏惧心理难以接受。针灸作为一种有效的治疗方法,能较快缓解患者病痛,具有操作方法简单,操作方式多样,无副作用等优点,不仅患者容易接受,医者也可根据中医辨证论治原则,从多种针灸方法中选择最佳、最适合病人病情的治疗方案,疗效较好,值得推广,现报告如下。Trigeminal neuralgia is the clinical common disease of the nervous system,and is characterized by recurrent parox- ysmal pain in the facial trigeminal nerve distribution area. Currently western medicine carbamazepine has side effects. Although surgical treatment can alleviate patients＇pain, the risk is big with relapse. Most patients fear to accept. Acupuncture as an effective treatment method, can quickly relieve patients＇pain and it is simple to be operated. There are few side effects. Not only patients are easy to accept, the doctors also can choose the best and the most suitable treatment according to the principle of syndrome differ- entiation of TCM. It has good curative effect,and is worthy of promotion.
