压坯密度与成形角度以及成形压力的关系

摘  要:在粉末冶金领域,针对在同一原材料条件下,许多学者在不同程度上和在假定模型下,对压制工序各相关参数之间的关系做出了相关研究,如巴尔申压制原理、黄培云压制理论等。本文在给定的模型和原材料(本文特指铁基粉末冶金)下,成形压坯密度与成形角度以及成形压力之间关系作出如下结论,压坯最终密度ρ与松装密度ρ0成一定的正比例关系,即ρ=Kρ0,式中K=1/(1-ζsinα),其中α角度取值范围为(0°,90°],ζ是与模具粗糙度、粉末纯度等相关因素有关的比例系数,其取值0≤ζ<1/sinα。In powder metallurgy field, the relationship between the pressing parameters has been studied based on hypothesis model, such as Barshen theory, Huang Peiyun theory, etc. In this paper, the relationship between density, angle and pressure during pressing of iron based powder was experimentally studied. The results revealed the linear relationship be- tween the final density p and bulk density p0 as p=K)〈 po, where K = with a proportional coefficient related to model roughness, pow- der purity, etc.
