摘　　要：FRL15TCWx-D86是由12个DFB激光器构成的波长可调谐激光器,具有较宽的波长调谐范围,较高的波长稳定度与功率稳定度。介绍了FRL15TCWx-D86激光器的结构和工作原理。通过系统测试及特性分析,提出了一种具有较高波长稳定度和功率稳定度的波长可调激光器实现方法。FRL15TCWx-D86 is a wavelength-tunable laser composed of 12 DFB lasers, having wider wave- length tuning range, superior wavelength stability and power stability. The structure and working principle of FRL15TCWx-D86 are introduced. A synchronization method for the wavelength-tunable laser with superior wavelength stability and power stability is proposed based on system testing and characteristic analysis.
