摘 要:为高效整合分散在各地气象台和区域保障中心的计算、存储、通信资源,解决航空气象保障工作面临的气象资料收集不便、数值预报时效性和分辨率不高的问题,提出了基于云计算模型的气象信息服务系统框架。介绍了系统结构和功能,并分3个层次描述了系统详细设计,给出了核心服务组件的实现方案,结合航空气象保障工作现状对本系统进行了分析。分析结果表明,基于云计算模型的气象信息服务系统可有效解决航空气象保障工作中存在的问题。There are some problems in aviation meteorological support business.It is difficult to collect meteorological information,the timeliness and resolution of numerical forecast products is nothigh enough.A framework of the meteorological information service system based on cloud-computing model is proposed by which computing,storage and communication resource scatted around regional support centers and observatories is efficiently integrated.Firstly,the system structure and functions are introduced.Secondly,the design of the system is detailed in three levels.Thirdly,the implementation of core service components is described.And lastly,the system is analyzed according to the actual situation of the aviation weather support business.The analysis results show that the meteorological information service system based on cloud computing model can effectively solve the existing problems in the aviation meteorological support business.
