摘 要:为改善沥青的低碳环保功能,选择压、热电材料电气石对沥青改性,制备电气石改性沥青,并采用电性能试验研究电气石改性沥青的压、热电性能,借助傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)试验分析其作用机理,采用动态剪切流变试验(DSR)、弯曲梁流变试验(BBR)和Brookfield旋转粘度试验,系统分析电气石掺量及类型对电气石改性沥青高温性能、低温性能和粘温特性的影响规律,在此基础上,对电气石改性沥青的低碳功能进行全面研究。结果表明:电气石添加到沥青后,其压、热电性能的发挥不受影响;电气石能明显改善沥青的高温流变性能,随掺量增加,电气石改性沥青的动态剪切流变性能逐渐升高,电气石负离子粉(5 000ions)改性沥青的高温性能最佳;电气石改性沥青低温性能良好,其粘度随电气石掺量的增加而增大,随负离子释放量的增大而降低;电气石改性沥青具有热拌减排、阻燃抑烟及净化空气等功能。In order to improve low-carbon function of asphalt, tourmaline modified asphalt was prepared by adding tourmaline into asphalt. The piezoelectric and thermoelectric properties of tourmaline modified asphalt were tested by piezoelectric and thermoelectric test. The interaction between tourmaline and asphalt was analyzed with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The high temperature performance, low temperature performance and rheological behaviors of asphalts modified by different types and mixing amounts of tourmaline were studied by dynamic shear rheometer (DSR), bending beam rheometer (BBR) and Brookfield rotational viscometer respectively. Based on those mentioned above, low-carbon function of tourmaline modified asphalt was studied. The results show that there is no influence on piezoelectric and thermoelectric properties of tourmaline when adding tourmaline into asphalt. The high temperature performance and dynamic shear rheological performance asphalt are improved with the increase of mixing amount of tourmaline of tourmaline modified and tourmaline anionic powder (5 000 ions)modified asphalt has the best high temperature performance. Tourmaline modified asphalt has good low temperature performance. Viscosity of modified asphalt is magnified with the increase of mixing amount of tourmaline, and decreases with the increase of anionic mission amount of tourmaline. The study on low-carbon function of tourmaline modified asphalt shows that it has the functions of hot-mix emission reduction, retarding flame, and purifying air.
