摘 要:为实现山区高墩T梁桥桥墩的优化设计,引入价值工程理论,采用多元优化法及参数化建模手段对20~100m高度的多种桥墩进行承载能力分析与优化研究,得到了满足二类稳定要求的墩型合理截面尺寸,并进行相应的桥墩抗推刚度规律及经济性能规律分析。在此基础上,以桥墩抗推刚度标准差为性能指标,桥墩总造价为经济指标进行组合,实现厦蓉线贵州境内多座桥梁的桥墩价值评估。研究结果表明:对于分幅的山区高墩T梁桥,桥墩高度为20~40m范围采用双柱实心墩,桥墩高度为40~70rn随高度变化采用单柱实心墩或单柱空心墩,桥墩高度为70~100m范围采用单柱空心墩时桥梁结构性能表现最优、经济性能最好,桥墩价值达到最大化。For the design optimization of high piers of T-beam bridges in mountain areas, value engineering theory, multivariate optimization and parametric modeling method were adopted for the supporting capacity analysis and optimization study for 20 to 100 meters high piers, and pier dimension for secondary stability was got. Anti-push rigidity and economic performance of high piers were studied. Based on the analysis, the value assessment for the piers was proposed and used in design process of some high pier bridges with the combination of anti-push rigidity standard deviation and total cost of the pier in Xiarong Highway, Guizhou Province. The results show when the pier height is from 20 to 40 meters, double column solid piers are better; when the pier height is from 40 to 70 meters, single column solid piers and single column hollow piers are better as the height increases; and when the pier height is from 70 to 100 meters, single column hollow piers are better. Under these choices, the bridge structure will be optimal with the best economic performance and maximum value of the pier.
