摘　　要：目的探讨旋转推进皮瓣修复指端缺损的应用和临床疗效。方法2009年2月至2011年12月，采用旋转推进皮瓣修复15例18指指端缺损。结果术后15例患者伤口均I期愈合，旋转皮瓣全部存活。13例（15指）获得4～15个月的随访，平均7．2个月；2例失访。患指无明显的瘢痕增生，手指活动好，指腹皮肤红润，外观饱满，与健指相同，皮瓣两点分辨觉为3～8min，指端捏持功能正常。结论采用旋转指腹推进皮瓣修复指端缺损，能够得到理想的指腹及指端外观，手术简单，疗效满意。Objective To investigate the application and clinical efficacy of rotation advancement flap for repairing fingertip defects. Methods From February 2009 to December 2011 rotation advancement flap was used to treat 18 fingertip defects in 15 cases. Results Primary wound healing was achieved in all 15 cases. All the rotation advancement flaps survived. 13 cases were follow-up for 4 to 15 months （average, 7.2 months） while 2 were lost to follow-up. There was no hypertrophic sear. Finger movement was good. The finger pulp was as well perfused and full as a healthy finger. Two-point discrimination of the finger pulp was 3 to 8 mm. Finger pinch was normal. Conclusion Rotation advancement flap is a simple and effective option for repairing fingertiD defects. It results in ideal aooearance of finger oulo and fingertio.
