摘　　要：在全面阐述数字化城市规划管理的研究现状及发展特征、重新审视发展概念与意义的基础上，论文系统总结与解读当前城市规划管理存在的问题与发展趋势，并依据科学性与实用性原则架构了数字化城市规划管理技术体系，对关键技术进行了分析，最后提出了相应的实施策略，强调技术的无缝对接、耦合关联及综合运用是数字化规划管理的关键与精髓。BaSed On comprehensive description of current development situation and characteristics, and the revisiting of development concept and signifieance, the .article systematically summarizes and analyzes current problems and development trend, builds up scientific and practical technical system in digital urban planning management, analyzes main teebnology, and finally brings up corresponding application strategies, strengthening, coupling and combining applications of all technologies.
