摘　　要：本文通过解读英国2011版《国家规划政策框架草案》,研究英国绿带政策的最新进展,对英国绿带概念、绿带政策功能转变、绿带划定、绿带实施等方面经验进行分析,进而对南京城市生态绿地规划建设管理提出四方面建议:强化以生态为基的可持续发展观、强化绿线划定的落地性和绿线保护的刚性、强化生态绿地分类型和分等级的保护机制、强化生态绿带的实施引导和政策保障。This paper introduces DRAFT NATIONAL PLANNING POLICY FRAMEWORK OF ENGLAND published in 2011, studying the latest progress of the UK green belt policy and the green belt＇s concept, functional transition of policy, delineation, and practice. Further, this paper provides four recommendations to Nanjing city, including strengthening the sustainable concept of ecological environment as base, strengthening accurate place of delineation of green line and seriousness of protection of green line, strengthening typical and upgrading protection mechanism of ecological green land, and strengthening implementation guide and policy security of ecological green land.
