摘 要:目的:实现在使用基于大功率射频电流的电外科设备的手术过程中手术部位的温度测量,以达到有效控制生物组织热损伤程度。方法:利用电外科设备输出的特点,采用间断性测量方法;在测量过程中,首先用K型热电偶将温度信号转换成电信号,再利用精密热电偶放大器AD8495实现温度与电信号的线性输出,最后在电信号经过调理和隔离电路后通过DAQ采集送入PC机;在PC机内利用Labview软件实现数据采集、温度校准、温度显示以及数据储存。结果:结合Labview虚拟仪器研制出的温度测量系统能够在大功率射频电流环境下稳定、有效的进行温度测量,其测量误差为±1℃。结论:电外科设备在生物体腔道闭合、焊接等手术过程中其能量是间断性的即有一定的占空比,温度测量系统只在能量输出为空时进行测量,虽然整个过程不是持续的,但总体能够反映温度变化趋势。在利用大功率射频能量实现猪大肠吻合的实验中,该温度测量系统达到了医生所期望的测量要求,且为以后开发温度控制的智能化电外科仪器奠定了基础。Objective: To achieve temperature measurement of the surgical site during an electrosurgical procedure, this is based on high power RF current, in order to achieve effectively control the extent of thermal damage of biological tissue. Methods: Using of electrosurgery device output characteristics, adopting intermittent measurement method; In the process of measurement, first with a K type thermocouple to achieve temperature signal into electrical signals, then using a precision thermocouple amplifier AD8495 to reach linear output of temperature and electrical signals, finally the electrical signals via conditioning and isolation circuit into PC by DAQ acquisition; Realization of data acquisition, temperature calibration, temperature display and data storage using labview software in PC. Results: Temperature measurement system based on labview virtual instrument developed to measure the temperature in the high power RF current environment is stable and effective, the measurement error is ± 1 ℃. Conclusions: The electrosurgical device in the living body cavity closure, welding operation of the energy is discontinuity that has a certain duty ratio, temperature measurement system is only measured when energy output is empty, although the process is not continuous, but in general can reflect the trend of temperature variation. In the use of high power RF energy to achieve pig intestine anastomosis experiments, the temperature measurement system has reached the desired measurement requirements of doctors, and establishes the foundation for the future development intelligent electrosurgery of temperature control.
