摘 要:运用大型商业软件ProCAST对85 t大型钢锭充型和凝固过程的温度场进行了数值模拟,预测了缩松缩孔的分布。模拟结果表明,原工艺冒口的保温效果差,冒口呈"V"形收缩,钢锭缩孔深度大,轴线疏松严重。在此基础上,冒口顶部覆盖一层保温剂,优化后工艺的模拟结果表明,保温剂可显著改善冒口的保温效果,减少缩孔深度,提高钢锭的质量。A commercial software ProCAST was used to simulate the temperature field of 85 t ingot in filling and solidification process, and the positions of shrinkage porosity and cavity were forecasted. According to the simulated result, the heat preservation of the riser is poor in ordinal process, and its shrinkage porosity is V-shaped, and there is deep shrinkage cavity and severe central porosity in the ingot. Based on ordinal process, the top of the riser was covered with exothermic powder. The simulation results of optimized process show that the depth of shrinkage cavity and the severity of central porosity in the ingot are greatly reduced, which can improve the quality of the ingot.
