摘  要:用高硅碳比孕育铸铁代替常规孕育铸铁,生产HT300的CA系列车床床身铸件,在成本相差不大的情况下,可以稳定提高HT300的强度,缩小硬度差,减小机床铸件的应力;还可以避免因原料成分波动大而引起的理化性能波动,进而避免普通硅铁孕育剂因含铝量过高而引起针孔及皮下气孔缺陷的产生,提高了床身件产品的质量,减少了机床铸件废品损失。CA series machine tool body castings of HT300 were produced with high Si/C ratio inoculated cast iron instead of conventional inoculated cast iron, in the case of little cost difference, the strength of HT300 can be stably obtained, and the difference in hardness decreasing, and the stress of machine tool castings reducing, avoiding the fluctuations of physical and chemical properties resulting from the fluctuations of raw materials ingredients, and avoiding the pinhole and subsurface porosity defects resulting from the high aluminum content in ordinary ferrosilicon inoculation, improving the quality of the bed products, reducing the scrap loss.
