摘　　要：根据炉喉钢砖在炼铁高炉中的使用工况,设计结构和研究制造技术。采用水玻璃砂造型,底注式浇注系统,局部放置外冷铁,实现同时凝固;利用漏包浇注及铸件后期处理等综合工艺措施,生产出了优质铸件,满足了高炉炉喉钢砖的使用要求。According to the use conditions of throat steel brick in blast furnace, the structure of the steel brick was designed, and the manufacturing technology was researched. The simultaneous solidification was realized by using water glass sand molding, the bottom gating system and part placed cold iron; the high quality castings were produced by using comprehensive technical measures of leakage ladle pouring and post processing of castings etc, which can meet the use requirements of the throat steel brick in blast furnace.
