摘　　要：以金属型全覆砂磨球铸造工艺为研究对象,分析了等温淬火球墨铸铁生产流程及设备,设计了基于自动化技术的磨球生产过程。结果表明,所设计的工艺提高了磨球质量和出品率,降低了铸造时间和成本。Taking permanent mold coated sand casting process for grinding ball as the research object, the production processes and equipment tbr austempe,＇ing ductile iron was analyzed, the automation technology based on grinding ball production process was designed. Production practice show that the designed production process can improve the quality and production rate of grinding ball, reduce the casting time and costs.
