摘 要:采用超音速火焰喷涂技术在0Cr18Mn15Ni2N箱式热处理炉表面喷涂,并进行了炉温均温性和抗热疲劳性的测试与对比分析。结果表明,与未喷涂热处理炉相比,复合粉末超音速火焰喷涂后热处理炉的炉温均温性和抗热疲劳性得到显著提高;其中炉温偏离度减小了83.27%,炉温波动度减小了86.24%,保温精度减小了83.81%;复合粉末的配比(质量分数)为:85%Stellite6司太立合金粉+5%Sr粉+10%Co粉。A coating on the surface of 0Crl 8Mnl 5Ni2N speckled heat treatment furnace was sprayed by the method of high velocity oxygen fuel spraying, and temperature uniform and thermal fatigue resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that, compared with the heat treatment furnace without spraying, the heat treatment furnace sprayed with composite powder can significantly enhance the temperature uniform and thermal fatigue resistance of heat treatment furnace, and the temperature deviation degree is decreased by 83.27%, temperature fluctuation is decreased by 86.24%, heat preservation precision is increased by 83.81%. The composite powder is composed of 85% stellite6 alloy powder, 5% srpowder and 10% Co powder.
